Once you can wake up at the same time every day for a month it will be normal to you. You will know when you have to get up and you will start to get tired at a regular time on an evening.
On one hand it is pretty simple, but don't make any short cuts. The only way to approach this is to make a big change.
The formula is basic: You go to bed when you are tired, and you wake up at the same time every morning. Sometimes the simple solutions in life are the best. But here are some more tips to keep you on track:
- Don’t stay up too late: When you feel tired go to sleep.
- Read in Bed: This will calm your mind, you will know when it is time to go to sleep whereas other more energetic activities will "hide" your sleepyness from you.
- Don't press Snooze : An extra few minutes snoozing won't make any difference at all. All it will do is lead to more snooozing and signal the beginning of the end for your new lifestyle.
